FAQ Answers at your fingertips, because every question deserves a great answer.

Are there any limits on how many times I can use HubDB actions in a workflow??

There are no limits on the number of HubDB actions you can use in a workflow. Each time the action is performed successfully, a credit will be used. For example, if your workflow includes 10 HubDB actions, a successful run would require 10 credits.

What happens if my subscription to the app expires? Will the workflows stop working??

If your subscription to Magic Workflows | HubDB expires, workflows that rely on the 'Read', ‘Write,’ or ‘Update’ actions will no longer be able to execute those specific actions. The workflows will still run, but they won’t perform the data modifications in HubDB until the subscription is renewed. You’ll need to reactivate your subscription to resume using these actions.

Can I track how often the ‘Write’ and ‘Update’ actions are used in my workflows?

Yes, HubSpot workflows provide logs you can view to see how frequently workflow actions are triggered. You can monitor how often the 'Read,' ‘Write,’ and ‘Update’ actions are executed within each workflow by reviewing workflow history, which shows the actions taken and any errors encountered during execution.
